Instagram chatbot

An Instagram chatbot is a tool that replies for you when someone comments, replies to a story or sends a keyword. inDM's is rule-based: you write every message and choose the words that set it off, so nothing is made up. What can the chatbot do?

The chatbot runs four kinds of automation, and between them they cover almost every reason a creator or a shop wants one.

• Comment to DM. Someone comments your keyword on a post or reel, inDM replies publicly under the comment, and the DM goes out to them. This is the most common shape, and it is what comment-to-DM means.
• Story replies. Someone replies to your story and gets the answer you wrote for it.
• Keyword DMs. Someone messages you a word like "price" or "hours" and the right reply goes back at once.
• Gates on the link. Ask for a follow or an email address before the link goes out. Both gates are on Free.

Keywords ignore capital letters. A comment sets the automation off when a word in it starts with your keyword, so ART fires on "artist" but not on "start". One- and two-letter keywords must be the whole word.

Is there an Instagram chatbot with AI?

Some Instagram chatbots write replies with AI. inDM's does not: it has no AI-written replies. Every message your audience receives is one you wrote, and the preview shows the exact words before anything sends.

Is it safe for your account?

Yes, when it runs on Instagram's official API and you connect through Instagram's own login. inDM never sees your password, and it is an approved Meta Tech Provider. Approval means Meta reviewed the app and granted it permissions. It is not an endorsement.

Instagram's rules apply to every tool built on that API:

• A comment earns one private reply, sent within 7 days of the comment.
• After someone messages you, you have 24 hours to reply.
• One message carries at most 3 link buttons.
• Instagram caps private replies at roughly 750 an hour per account.
