Every client's comments answered, from one workspace
Instagram DM automation for social media managers who run several client accounts: every comment with a keyword gets a DM, from one workspace. Each client connects their own account from a link you send, and nobody shares a password.
A day with inDM
A new client signs
You type their handle, create a connect link and paste it into the welcome email. They approve on Instagram's own login screen from their phone, and nobody asks for a password.
Their account is in your workspace
Start from a template you saved on another client's account: the messages and the public replies are already written. Pick the post, add their link and the automation is live.
A client's reel takes off
Every comment with the keyword gets its DM, whether or not anyone on your team is looking at that account. The public reply under each comment posts once the DM has gone out.
The client report is due
Switch to the client's account and see who clicked each link, and from which country. On Growth and above, those numbers are ready to paste into the report.
What you'll actually use
Connect links
Clients connect their own Instagram from a link you send. They log in on Instagram's own screen, so no password changes hands, and they never see your other clients.
Plans by account count
Growth holds up to 5 accounts at $4.99 the first month, then $14.99 a month. Agency Lite holds 15 for $39 a month, and Agency Pro holds 30 for $99 a month, then $3 for each one after. No plan counts messages or contacts.
Templates
Save an automation that worked for one client and start it on the next. Only the post and the link change.
Link analytics for the client report
See who clicked each link and the country they clicked from, account by account. Included on Growth, Agency Lite and Agency Pro.
The client's brand, in their language
On Growth and above the DMs carry the client's brand alone, and every word you write sends exactly as written, in the client's language.
Your whole team
On Growth and above, invite the freelancer or the second pair of hands who covers your clients, with no seat count. One workspace, every account, one bill.
A client's reel takes off on a Saturday night and every comment with the keyword gets its DM, with you nowhere near your laptop.
Your clients bring the audience and your scheduler plans the post. inDM answers the comments under it.

Where does inDM fit among tools for social media managers?
inDM sits beside your scheduler and does one job: it answers Instagram comments with DMs. One workspace holds every client's account, and you switch between them from the top bar. Each account keeps its own automations, contacts and numbers. Some schedulers now include keyword comment-to-DM too, Hootsuite, Vista Social and Metricool among them when we read their pages on 12 October 2026. What inDM adds for a social media manager is a price set only by how many accounts you run, with no messages or contacts counted, a connect link for every client on every plan, and every client in one workspace.
Do my clients have to share their Instagram password?
No. You type the client's handle, create a connect link and send it by email or WhatsApp. The client opens it on their own phone, logs in on Instagram's own screen and approves, and the account joins your workspace. They need no inDM account and never see your other clients. A link works once, for that one handle, and expires after seven days. The client can remove inDM's access any time in Instagram's settings, under Apps and websites.
What does it cost to run 8 client accounts?
Agency Lite is $39 a month for up to 15 Instagram accounts in one workspace, so 8 clients sit inside it. Growth holds up to 5 accounts, at $4.99 the first month, then $14.99 a month. Agency Pro holds 30 for $99 a month, then $3 a month for each account after. Agency plans have no intro price and no trial, and no plan counts messages or contacts. If you already pay for Growth, inDM moves your subscription to the agency plan, so you are never billed twice.
Can a client see their own results in inDM?
Not in inDM. There is no client login and no client portal, and the dashboard is inDM's own, not white-labelled. The DMs themselves carry the client's brand alone on Growth and above. To show a client their numbers, switch to that client's account, read who clicked each link and from which country, and put it in your own report. inDM shows one account at a time, so totals across clients are yours to add up.
Can everyone on my team see every client's account?
Yes. Every member of a workspace sees every connected account, because inDM has no permissions per client. Team members are on Growth and above, with no seat count. If a helper must not see certain clients, that is worth knowing before you invite them.
