Creators keep their accounts. You run the drops.
Instagram DM automation for creator agencies running brand deals, affiliate links and product drops on their creators' own accounts. Each creator connects from a link you send, with no password and no Facebook Page.
A day with inDM
You sign a creator
You type their handle and send one connect link. They approve on Instagram's own login screen from their phone: no password changes hands, no inDM account is needed and no Facebook Page is involved.
A brand deal or a 공구 group-buy goes live
Followers comment the keyword and each one gets the product or affiliate link in a DM written in the creator's voice. On Growth and above, one automation can carry up to 3 links.
A creator's audience writes in Korean or Portuguese
Every word you write sends exactly as written, in any language. The follow and email asks that inDM writes itself go out in the workspace's language, one of 14 from 한국어 to Português.
The brand wants its report
Switch to the creator's account and see who clicked each link, and from which country. On Growth and above, those numbers are ready to go into the brand's report.
What you'll actually use
Connect links
Each creator connects their own Instagram from a link you send. They log in on Instagram's own screen, so no password changes hands, and they never see your other creators.
Agency plans by account count
Agency Lite holds up to 15 creator accounts for $39 a month. Agency Pro holds 30 for $99 a month, then $3 for each one after. Growth holds up to 5 at $4.99 the first month, then $14.99 a month. No plan counts messages or contacts.
Templates per campaign
Save the automation from one drop and start it on the next creator's post. Only the post and the link change.
Link analytics for brand reporting
See who clicked each link and the country they clicked from, creator by creator. Included on Growth, Agency Lite and Agency Pro.
The creator's language
Everything you write sends exactly as written, in any language. The asks inDM writes follow one language setting for the workspace, in 14 languages.
A dedicated account manager
On Agency Pro, a person on our team that your agency deals with directly.
Every comment on a brand deal answered from the creator's own account, while you negotiate the next one.
Creators bring the audience, brands bring the product, and inDM turns the comment between them into a DM with the link.

Can a talent agency run comment-to-DM on its creators' accounts without their passwords?
Yes. You type the creator's Instagram handle, create a connect link and send it by email or WhatsApp. The creator opens it on their own phone, logs in on Instagram's own screen and approves, and the account joins your workspace. No password changes hands and no Facebook Page is needed. The account has to be a professional account, either Creator or Business. A link works once, for that one handle, and expires after seven days.
Does the creator need an inDM account?
No. The creator needs no inDM account and never sees your other creators. inDM has no creator portal or login, so results reach the creator through the report you send them. Your team works in your inDM workspace, where each creator's account keeps its own automations, contacts and numbers.
Can the creator remove the agency's access?
Yes, any time. The creator opens Instagram's settings, goes to Apps and websites and removes inDM, and the automations on that account stop. inDM is not notified when access is removed, so an agency finds out when that account's sends start failing.
What happens to the automations when a creator leaves the agency?
Disconnecting the account in Settings stops every automation on it and removes inDM's access. The creator's Instagram account and everything already sent are untouched, and the account can be reconnected later. You can export the account's contacts as a CSV first. There is no button that hands an account's automations to another workspace, so a handover is done by asking support.
Can different creators' DMs go out in different languages?
Yes, for everything you write. Every message, public reply and keyword sends exactly as written, in any language, so one creator's DMs can be in Korean and the next one's in Portuguese. The few messages inDM writes itself, the follow ask, the email ask and their buttons, follow one language setting per workspace, in 14 languages, and on Growth and above you can rewrite them in your own words. The dashboard your team works in is in English.
