Is the free plan really unlimited?
Yes. There is no message allowance, no overage and no cap: we don't meter what you send, so nothing pauses and nothing runs out, on either plan. Fair-use terms apply to stop abuse, but they are not a volume you will run into by using the product normally.
What do I get for $14.99?
Six things. App branding comes off your DMs. The one-account limit comes off, so you can connect as many Instagram accounts as you like. The automation limit comes off too. One automation can carry multiple links. You can send a follow-up message hours after the first, to everyone or only to the people who never opened your link. And you can see who opened the links your automations sent, and the countries they came from.
Why is the first month $4.99?
It's an introductory price for your first month, so you can see the unbranded version working before committing at the full rate. From the second month it renews at $14.99 a month. That's the whole arrangement, no other charges, and no discount that quietly expires into something larger than advertised.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free needs no card and doesn't expire, so you can run real automations for as long as you like without entering payment details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click; your automations keep running through the month you've paid for, and you can export your contacts whenever you like. After that you drop back to Free: your automations keep working, and the six things Growth added — app branding removal, unlimited accounts, unlimited automations, multiple links in one automation, the follow-up message and link analytics — are no longer included.
Is Instagram DM automation allowed?
Yes. When it runs through Meta's official Instagram API on a professional account, and only messages people whose own action invited it, like commenting a keyword or replying to a story. That's exactly how inDM works. What breaks the rules is different: unofficial apps that ask for your password, scraping, purchased engagement, and cold outreach to people who never engaged.
