Is the free plan really unlimited?
Yes. There is no message allowance, no overage and no cap: we don't meter what you send, so nothing pauses and nothing runs out, on either plan. Fair-use terms apply to stop abuse, but they are not a volume you will run into by using the product normally.
What do I get for $14.99?
App branding comes off your DMs. You can connect up to 5 Instagram accounts. The automation limit comes off too. One automation can carry multiple links. You can send a follow-up message hours after the first, to everyone or only to the people who never opened your link. An automation can be built before the post exists and bind itself to whatever you publish next. You can broadcast one message to everyone you can reach right now, and see who it reached, who replied and who clicked. Your whole team can share the workspace. And you can see who opened the links your automations sent, and the countries they came from.
What if I run more than 5 Instagram accounts?
Take an agency plan. Agency Lite is $39 a month for up to 15 Instagram accounts in one workspace. Agency Pro is $99 a month for 30, then $3 a month for each one after. Both include everything in Growth, and Agency Pro adds a dedicated account manager.
Can my clients connect their own Instagram accounts?
Yes, on every plan. You send each client a connect link for their handle; they open it on their own phone, log in on Instagram's own screen, and the account joins your workspace. Nobody shares a password, the client needs no inDM account, and they never see your other clients. How many accounts the workspace holds is the plan: 1 on Free, up to 5 on Growth, up to 15 on Agency Lite, and 30 on Agency Pro, then $3 a month for each one after.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Growth starts with 7 days free, so you can see the unbranded version working before you pay. We save a card at checkout and charge $14.99 on day 7 unless you cancel before then, and after that it renews at $14.99 a month. Cancel anytime. The 7 days are for first-time Growth buyers: if you have had Growth before, it is $14.99 a month from day one. Free is separate: it needs no card and never expires.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Not for Free. Free needs no card and doesn't expire, so you can run real automations for as long as you like without entering payment details. Growth's 7 days free does save a card at checkout, and charges $14.99 on day 7 unless you cancel first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click. Cancel before day 7 of the Growth trial and you are not charged; cancel later and your automations keep running through the month you've paid for. Either way, you can export your contacts whenever you like. After that you drop back to Free: your automations keep working, and what Growth added (app branding removal, up to 5 accounts, unlimited automations, multiple links in one automation, the follow-up message, automations that wait for your next post, broadcasts, team members, and link analytics) is no longer included.
Is Instagram DM automation allowed?
Yes. When it runs through Meta's official Instagram API on a professional account, and only messages people whose own action invited it, like commenting a keyword or replying to a story. That's exactly how inDM works. What breaks the rules is different: unofficial apps that ask for your password, scraping, purchased engagement, and cold outreach to people who never engaged.
