One meter instead of three
ReplyRush rations messages, connected accounts and triggers separately. Moving to inDM collapses that to one number — and here's the volume where staying is the better call.
The pricing delta
ReplyRush, checked 2026-08-14 (USD and INR, as they publish it): Free $0/₹0 for 1,500 DMs with no comment auto-reply and no follow gate; Lite $10/₹900 for 7,500 DMs with branding still on; Boost $25/₹2,100 for 40,000 DMs; MAX $100/₹8,400 for 400,000 DMs. Connected accounts run 1/1/3/5 and global triggers run 5/20/50/500 per account.
inDM, as of 2026-08-12: Free forever for 1,000 messages, then Growth at $9.99 for 10,000 or $19.99 for 30,000, with $1 per extra 1,000 above. No account cap, no trigger cap, no feature gates.
At the entry tier we are cheaper on both rate and allowance — $9.99 for 10,000 against $10 for 7,500. Above that their rate wins: Boost is $0.000625 per DM and MAX is $0.00025 against our $0.001.
But the honest way to price this switch is not per DM. It is to ask what your current tier is allowed to do. If you are on Free or Lite, you are paying for a plan that cannot run comment auto-reply or a follow gate and still puts ReplyRush branding on your messages. The comparable inDM plan is free and has neither restriction.
One adjustment when estimating: a link delivery here spends two messages, the invite and the link. Follow-gate prompts are never counted.

Moving day, step by step
Check whether you actually use Facebook
ReplyRush includes Facebook accounts at parity with Instagram on every tier, and inDM does not do Facebook at all. If Messenger automation is live and earning, this switch costs you something real — decide that first.
Connect Instagram to inDM
Sign up and connect through Instagram's own login — inDM never sees your password. Connect every account you run: there is no per-account charge and no cap, which is usually the step where a ReplyRush multi-account setup gets cheaper rather than more expensive.
Rebuild your triggers without the cap
If you have been rationing automations to fit a 5- or 20-trigger limit, this is where that constraint disappears. Open My Content, pick each post, set the keyword and write the DM — the live preview renders it exactly as Instagram will.
Run both, then retire the old ones
Keep ReplyRush connected while you verify. Two tools answering the same keyword on the same post will both fire, so pause each ReplyRush automation as its inDM replacement goes live.

Questions, answered plainly
What do I lose moving from ReplyRush to inDM?
Facebook automation, primarily. ReplyRush includes Facebook accounts at parity with Instagram on every tier and inDM is deliberately Instagram-only. You would also give up their per-message rate at Boost and MAX, which is lower than ours. If either matters, staying is the right call.
Why is inDM's free plan better than ReplyRush's?
Because it can do the job. ReplyRush's free tier excludes comment auto-reply and the follow gate — the two mechanics most people install a DM tool for — and caps you at 5 global triggers with their branding on your messages. inDM's free plan has every automation type, unlimited automations and keywords, the follow gate, analytics and the inbox, at 1,000 messages a month.
Do the trigger caps really matter?
They do if you run more than a handful of automations. ReplyRush allows 5 global triggers per account on Free, 20 on Lite, 50 on Boost and 500 on MAX, so your tier decides how many automations can exist, not just how many messages they send. inDM does not cap automations or keywords on any plan.
