The pricing delta
Zorcha, checked 2026-08-14. Free $0/₹0 with 15,000 AI credits, 3 automations and unlimited DMs. Pro $14.99/₹1,199 with 150,000 credits and unlimited automations. Ultimate $39.99/₹2,999 with 1.5M credits. Business $109.99/₹8,999 with 7.5M credits. These are month-to-month rates, their page defaults to Monthly, not to a discounted view.
inDM, as of 2026-08-16. Free forever with unlimited messages, then Growth at $4.99 for the first month and $14.99 after. No credit system, and no message meter either.
Volume used to be the reason not to move, and it no longer is. Zorcha sends unlimited DMs on every tier including free; as of 2026-08-16 so does inDM, on both plans. If you are pushing 30,000 simple keyword-to-link sends a month through three automations, both free plans now do that at $0: theirs without a vendor badge, ours with one on the delivered messages and no 3-automation cap.
The move makes sense when the credit meter is the problem: when your bill has become hard to predict, or when a balance has run out mid-month. inDM's free plan has unlimited keywords and unlimited messages, and no credit balance anywhere in it; Growth adds no volume; what it does add is app branding removal, up to 5 connected Instagram accounts and unlimited automations. That is three of the things on it, and not one of them a credit.
There is nothing to estimate on our side. inDM counts neither messages nor credits, so the only figure to compare is their tier against $0 or $14.99.

Count your sends before anything else
Pull your monthly DM volume from Zorcha. If it is well above 10,000 and your automations are simple, their unlimited free tier beats our paid plans and the honest advice is to stay. If you are under that, or the credit meter is what's causing you trouble, keep going.
Check what your automations depend on
If AI is composing your replies, inDM does not replace that. We do not sell AI credits and do not position as an AI reply tool. Rebuild the automations as keyword-and-template flows or stay where you are.
Connect Instagram to inDM
Sign up and connect through Instagram's own login, inDM never sees your password. Connect the accounts you run: up to 5 on Growth with no per-account charge, and more on an agency plan.
Rebuild past the 3-automation cap
If you have been rationing to fit Zorcha's free-tier limit of three, this is where that goes away. Open My Content, pick each post, set the keyword and write the DM, the live preview renders it exactly as Instagram will. Keep Zorcha connected while you verify, pausing each of their automations as its replacement goes live.

Should I switch from Zorcha to inDM?
Volume no longer decides it, both free tiers send unlimited DMs at $0. The switch makes sense when the AI credit meter is the problem: an unpredictable bill, a balance that runs out mid-month, or the 3-automation cap on their free tier, which inDM does not have. The trade going the other way is that removing app branding sits on Growth, and theirs does not.
Does inDM do AI-written replies like Zorcha?
No. inDM does not sell AI credits and does not position itself as an AI reply tool. Automations run on keywords and templates you write, with a live preview showing exactly what will send. If you want a model composing your DMs, Zorcha is built for that and we are not.
Will my sending volume be capped after switching?
No, not since 2026-08-16. Both are unlimited on every tier, including free, so sending volume is no longer a reason to prefer either one. What you trade is different: their free tier caps you at 3 automations, where ours keeps app branding removal on Growth.
