Unlimited, with their name on it
SuperProfile's free tier sends unlimited AutoDMs. So does their paid one. What neither removes is SuperProfile branding on your messages — that takes a custom deal.

SuperProfile is a creator platform first and a DM tool second. The core product is a link-in-bio storefront — digital products, courses, bookings, events, at 0% commission — with Instagram AutoDMs attached. If you want the storefront and the automation from one vendor, that bundle is real and inDM does not offer it.
On the DM side their free tier looks unbeatable: unlimited AutoDMs on Reels and Posts, forever, at $0. Read the feature comparison table underneath, though, and there is a row worth finding: Remove SuperProfile Branding. It is a cross on Starter. It is also a cross on Creator, the paid tier. The only tick is on Pro, which is a custom "Let's talk" plan.
So paying SuperProfile's standard price does not take their name off your DMs. That is a materially different offer from "unlimited free sending," and it is the single most important thing to know before choosing between us.
The second thing is the price itself, which depends on where you are. Their global page quotes $29/mo. Their India page quotes ₹499 — roughly $5.75. That is a real regional price, not a currency conversion, and it changes the comparison completely depending on which one you are being shown.
Why creators switch
Your DMs carry your name only
SuperProfile branding stays on messages on their free tier and on their paid Creator tier — their own comparison table marks "Remove SuperProfile Branding" as unavailable on both. inDM adds no badge to any message at any tier unless you switch it on yourself.
The badge is a trade, not a condition
If you do switch the Powered by inDM badge on for an automation, that automation's messages stop counting toward your allowance — free and unmetered, on every plan. It's opt-in, per automation, and off unless you choose it. Branding you can turn off is a different product from branding you have to buy out of.
Built for the DMs, not around a storefront
SuperProfile's AutoDMs sit alongside a link-in-bio store, courses, bookings and events. If you only want the Instagram automation, inDM is the whole product rather than one tab of it — with the follow gate, live DM preview and unified inbox on every plan.

The pricing math
Free forever: $0, no card, 1,000 messages a month, with every automation type, unlimited automations and keywords, the follow gate, full analytics and the unified inbox — and no badge on any message. Then Growth at $9.99 a month for 10,000 DMs, or $19.99 for 30,000 with $1 per extra 1,000 above. No cap on connected Instagram accounts on any plan. The Powered by inDM badge is opt-in per automation, off by default, and switching it on makes that automation's messages stop counting entirely. inDM bills in USD — $9.99 a month wherever you are. Worth saying plainly for an Indian reader: their Creator tier at ₹499 is roughly $5.75, so on price alone they are cheaper than we are.
Geo-pathed, and both paths were read on 2026-08-14. GLOBAL (superprofile.bio/pricing): Starter free forever; Creator $4.99 for the first month then $29/mo; Pro custom. INDIA (superprofile.bio/in/pricing): Starter free forever; Creator ₹99 for the first month then ₹499/mo; Pro custom. ₹499 is roughly $5.75, so the India price is about 5x lower in real terms — a regional price rather than a conversion. Starter includes unlimited AutoDMs on Reels and Posts, 10 leads, and advanced flows including ask-to-follow and email collection. Creator adds unlimited AutoDMs across Stories, DMs and Lives, up to 5 connected Instagram accounts, unlimited leads and the monetization apps. Pro adds custom landing pages and dedicated growth, ads and support staff. SuperProfile branding stays on messages on Starter AND Creator; only Pro removes it.
Two things make this comparison unusual. First, the price you are quoted depends on where you are: $29/mo on their global page, ₹499/mo (about $5.75) on their India page. For an Indian creator that undercuts inDM Growth at $9.99, and we would rather say so than quote the number that flatters us. For a US creator the comparison runs the other way, $9.99 against $29. Second, and independent of region: neither their free tier nor their paid Creator tier removes SuperProfile branding from your messages — their own feature table marks it as Pro-only, and Pro is a custom deal. inDM carries no branding on any plan at any price. So the honest per-region summary is: in the US we are cheaper AND unbranded; in India they are cheaper and we are unbranded. Figures as of 2026-08-14 for SuperProfile and 2026-08-12 for inDM.

Where SuperProfile is genuinely strong
Where SuperProfile is the better answer, and it is a substantial list:
- The storefront. Digital products, courses, bookings, events and paid memberships at 0% commission, bundled with the DM automation. inDM is an Instagram automation tool and nothing else — if you want one vendor for selling and automating, they have built that and we have not.
- Unlimited sending on the free tier. Unlimited AutoDMs on Reels and Posts at $0 is more raw volume than our free plan's 1,000 messages, and more than our paid plans cap at. If volume alone decides it, they win.
- The India price. ₹499/mo is roughly $5.75, against inDM Growth at $9.99. For a creator in India they are simply the cheaper tool, and that is theirs to claim.
- Five connected accounts on Creator. We do not cap accounts, but their tier is explicitly built for running several.
What is SuperProfile?
SuperProfile is a creator monetisation platform. The centre of it is a link-in-bio storefront — you sell digital products, courses, bookings, events and paid memberships from one page, at 0% commission — and Instagram AutoDMs are attached to that as a growth mechanic.
That framing matters, because it means the DM automation is a feature of a larger product rather than the product itself. For a creator who wants to sell and automate from one vendor, that is a real advantage. For a creator who just wants their Instagram comments answered, it is a lot of platform around a small job.
The pricing depends on where you are
SuperProfile runs two pricing pages, and they are not translations of each other:
| Creator tier | |
|---|---|
superprofile.bio/pricing |
$4.99 first month, then $29/mo |
superprofile.bio/in/pricing |
₹99 first month, then ₹499/mo |
₹499 is roughly $5.75. That is not a currency conversion of $29 — it is about a fifth of it. SuperProfile prices India as its own market, and the number you see depends on which page you land on.
Both were read on 2026-08-14. We are flagging it because most comparisons of this tool quote one figure without saying which, and the two lead to opposite conclusions: against $29 we are the cheaper tool, against ₹499 we are not.
The tier structure is the same on both paths:
- Starter — free forever. Link-in-bio store, unlimited AutoDMs on Reels and Posts, 10 leads, advanced flows including ask-to-follow and email collection.
- Creator — $29/mo or ₹499/mo. Unlimited AutoDMs across Reels, Posts, Stories, DMs and Lives; up to 5 connected Instagram accounts; unlimited leads; the monetization apps.
- Pro — custom, "Let's talk." Custom landing pages, dedicated growth manager, dedicated ads manager, dedicated WhatsApp support.
The row in their feature table that changes the offer
Scroll past the plan cards to the detailed comparison and find the row marked "Remove SuperProfile Branding."
It is not available on Starter. It is not available on Creator either. The only tick sits on Pro — the custom, contact-us tier.
Which means: paying SuperProfile's standard monthly price does not remove SuperProfile's name from the DMs you send. Their free tier's headline offer of unlimited AutoDMs is real, but every one of those messages carries their branding, and so does every message on the $29 / ₹499 plan above it. Getting an unbranded DM out of SuperProfile requires a custom deal.
This is worth being precise about rather than snide. Branding on a free tier is completely normal in this category — LinkDM does it, ReplyRush does it through two tiers, GRO.co does it. What is unusual here is that it persists through the standard paid tier as well.
How inDM handles the same thing, in reverse
inDM puts no badge on any message, on any plan, at any price. The free plan is unbranded. Both Growth tiers are unbranded.
There is a badge available, and it works the opposite way round from everyone else's. Switch Powered by inDM on for a specific automation and that automation's messages stop counting toward your allowance — free and unmetered, on the free plan and on both paid ones. It is opt-in, off by default, set per automation, and it never rides a follow-gate prompt or a public comment reply.
So across this category the branding question has two answers. Everywhere else it is a tax you buy your way out of. Here it is a trade you can choose to take, and taking it makes your sending free rather than costing you a tier.
The rest of the product
inDM's free plan is 1,000 messages a month with the entire product — every automation type, unlimited automations and keywords, the follow gate, full analytics, the unified inbox and contacts, no card. Growth is $9.99 for 10,000 or $19.99 for 30,000, plus $1 per extra 1,000 above, with no overage on the entry plan. Connected accounts are never capped, on any plan.
A link delivery spends two messages, the invite and the link. Follow-gate prompts are never counted.
What we do not have: a storefront, courses, bookings, events, memberships, or an India price. The first five are deliberate — inDM is an Instagram automation tool. The last one is a gap.
Which should you pick?
Pick SuperProfile if you want the storefront and the automation from one vendor, if unlimited free sending is the deciding factor and you are comfortable with their branding on your messages, or if you are in India where ₹499 is genuinely less than our $9.99.
Pick inDM if you want your DMs to carry only your name without negotiating a custom plan, if you want a full-featured free tier rather than a bundled one, or if Instagram automation is the whole job and a storefront is not.
Both run on Instagram's official API and sit under the same per-account DM limits. The comment-to-DM mechanic is identical on either.

Questions, answered plainly
Does SuperProfile put its branding on my DMs?
Yes — on the free Starter tier and on the paid Creator tier. Their own feature comparison table lists "Remove SuperProfile Branding" as unavailable on both, with the only tick on Pro, which is a custom "Let's talk" plan. Verified 2026-08-14. inDM adds no branding on any plan unless you switch it on yourself.
Is SuperProfile $29 or ₹499?
Both — they run separate regional pricing pages. superprofile.bio/pricing quotes $29/mo for Creator; superprofile.bio/in/pricing quotes ₹499/mo. ₹499 is roughly $5.75, so India is priced about 5x lower in real terms rather than converted. Which figure applies depends on where you are.
Is SuperProfile cheaper than inDM?
In India, yes — ₹499 is about $5.75 against inDM Growth at $9.99. Outside India, no — their Creator tier is $29 against our $9.99. In both regions their messages carry SuperProfile branding on the free and standard paid tiers, and ours carry none on any tier.
Does inDM have a link-in-bio store like SuperProfile?
No. SuperProfile bundles a storefront with digital products, courses, bookings and events at 0% commission; inDM is an Instagram DM automation tool and nothing else. If you want selling and automating from one vendor, that bundle is a genuine reason to choose them.
Can I switch from ManyChat or another tool?
Yes. Disconnect isn't even required first — connect your Instagram to inDM, rebuild your key automations (most creators have three or four that matter), preview, and set them live. Conversation history doesn't transfer between tools — no tool can import another's — so export your contacts from the old tool for your records. The switch guides walk through the order of operations.
Is Instagram DM automation allowed?
Yes — when it runs through Meta's official Instagram API on a professional account, and only messages people whose own action invited it, like commenting a keyword or replying to a story. That's exactly how inDM works. What breaks the rules is different: unofficial apps that ask for your password, scraping, purchased engagement, and cold outreach to people who never engaged.
