A one-page media kit, built from your own numbers
Type your details, add a photo if you like, and a clean one-page kit builds as you go. Print it to PDF from your browser. Nothing is stored or sent, and nothing on it is made up for you.
Type your details and the kit builds below. Everything on it is what you type, and nothing is saved or sent. When it looks right, print it and save it as a PDF.
Your picture is opened on this page only. Nothing is uploaded, and the page lets go of it when you choose another or remove it.
Your numbers from Instagram Insights
Type each number as Insights shows it, such as 12,400 or 12.4K. Instagram's Help Center defines Viewers as the unique accounts that saw your content, Views as the times it was played or displayed, and Accounts engaged as the unique accounts that interacted with it (read 30 October 2026). Leave a box empty and it stays off the kit.
Instagram's Help Center says insights cover any period within the last 90 days (read 30 October 2026), so name the one you used.
Two more numbers of your own, if you want them on the kit: a label and a value for each.
Your audience
Instagram's Help Center lists top countries, top cities, top age ranges and gender breakdown among the audience details in insights, and says you need a preset time frame and to reach over 100 accounts to see them (read 30 October 2026). Type what yours shows.
List only partnerships you can talk about. Up to 16 lines.
Your rates (optional)
Name what you offer and your price for it, up to four lines. Leave the whole section empty to keep rates off the kit.
Add your name or handle to switch on the print button. In Chrome, the print window has a Save as PDF option (Chrome Help, read 30 October 2026). The page prints only the kit below.

An Instagram media kit is a one-page summary of who you are, who follows you and what you offer, and this free generator builds one from the details you type. It shows a clean preview as you go, then prints to PDF through your browser. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
How does this media kit generator work?
You type your name, handle, a short bio, your numbers and your contact details. The kit builds on the page as you type, in one fixed layout. When you press Print or save as PDF, your browser's print window opens with only the kit on the page, and the rest of this page stays out of it. Chrome's Help describes a Save as PDF choice in that print window (read 30 October 2026).
Everything on the kit is what you typed. A box you leave empty drops its section, so a kit with only a name, a bio and an email is still a clean page.
What to put in a media kit
The kit holds six things, in the order they print:
- Who you are. Your name or brand, your handle, a photo if you want one, what you make, and a bio of two or three sentences.
- Audience numbers. Followers, viewers, views and accounts engaged, plus up to two numbers of your own, with the period they cover.
- Who follows and watches. Top countries, top cities, top age ranges and gender breakdown, as Insights lists them.
- Brands you have worked with. One per line, and only partnerships you can talk about.
- Rates. Optional. Up to four lines, each with what you offer and your price, and a note underneath.
- How to reach you. Your email, your website and your Instagram handle.
The sections and their order are our own layout, not a format taken from Instagram. Put the proof a stranger needs first, who you are and your numbers, and put the next step last, how to reach you. For how brands find and approach creators, read how to get brand deals on Instagram.
Where do I find the numbers for my media kit?
In Insights. Open it from your professional dashboard in the Instagram app, or from Your dashboard if you have a personal account, or choose Dashboard in the left-hand menu on instagram.com. Instagram's Help Center says you need a public account to view insights, personal or professional, and that you can look at any period within the last 90 days (read 30 October 2026). The professional dashboard guide shows where it sits.
The Help Center defines the numbers the kit asks for. Views is how many times your content was played or displayed, and Instagram says it is being introduced gradually, so you may not see it yet. Viewers is the unique accounts that saw your content on screen at least once, and it comes with top countries, top cities, top age ranges and gender breakdown. Accounts engaged is the unique accounts that interacted with your content. To see audience details you need a preset time frame and to reach over 100 accounts, and Instagram's trends for total followers need at least 100 followers. The Instagram metrics guide goes through each one.
Instagram's Help Center marks some of these metrics as estimated and in development. Write the period on the kit, and the date you read the numbers, so a brand knows what it is looking at.
Is this an Instagram media kit template?
It is one fixed layout, not a set of templates. You choose an accent colour and a photo, and everything else follows the same order. Sections you leave empty drop out, so the kit fits a creator with a short list of brands as well as one with a long one. If you want to count your own engagement for the kit, the engagement rate calculator works it out from numbers you type, and you can enter the result in one of the two extra boxes.
The page does not export an editable file. The PDF you save is the finished kit, so keep your numbers in a note if you want to rebuild it next month.
What happens to my photo?
Your browser opens it on this page and nothing is uploaded. When you choose another picture or remove it, the page lets go of the old one, and it is gone when you close the tab. The picture is part of the PDF you save, so choose one you are happy to send to a stranger.
Where this stops working
- It is one page and one layout. If you fill every box, the kit can run onto a second page. Check the preview in the print window before you save.
- It reads nothing from Instagram. You type the numbers, so a typo prints. Check each one against Insights, and update the kit before you send it to someone new.
- It adds nothing of its own. There are no average rates, no typical engagement figures and no comparison with other creators, because we hold no sourced figures to put on it. It cannot tell you what to charge. Before you agree a fee, read brand deal contract red flags.
- Nothing is saved. Close the tab and the kit is gone. Save the PDF.
- We tested the print layout in Chrome. Other browsers have their own print windows, so check the preview before you save.
Once your kit is a PDF at a link on your website, inDM can reply to a keyword in your DMs with that link, within 24 hours of the message (how Instagram DM automation works), so a brand that asks gets the kit without you typing it out again.
How to use it
Pull your numbers from Insights
In the Instagram app, open your professional dashboard, or Your dashboard on a personal account, and go to Insights. Pick a period within the last 90 days and note your followers, viewers, views and accounts engaged, and your audience details.
Fill in the boxes
Type your name, handle, a short bio and your numbers, and say which period they cover. Leave any box empty and it stays off the kit.
Add your photo, brands and rates
Choose a photo from your device if you want one. List the brands you have worked with, one per line, and add up to four rates if you want them shown.
Check the preview
Read the kit as it will print and check each number against Insights. Pick an accent colour that suits your feed.
Print or save as PDF
Press Print or save as PDF. In the print window, choose Save as PDF. Only the kit prints, not the rest of this page.

What should an Instagram media kit include?
Your name, handle and a short bio, your audience numbers from Insights with the period they cover, your audience details, brands you have worked with, your rates if you want to show them, and an email address. This generator puts those in one page, in that order, and leaves out any section you do not fill in.
Where do I find the numbers for a media kit?
In Instagram's Insights. The Help Center says any public account can view it, personal or professional, for any period within the last 90 days (read 30 October 2026). Audience details need a preset time frame and reaching over 100 accounts.
Does the media kit generator store my details or photo?
No. The kit is built on this page in your browser. Nothing you type is stored, logged or sent anywhere, and your photo is opened locally and never uploaded. Close the tab and it is gone, so save the PDF.
Do I have to show my rates in a media kit?
No. The rates section is optional here, and the kit drops it if you leave the boxes empty. We hold no sourced figure for what creators charge, so the generator suggests none. The prices on the kit are only what you type.
How do I save the media kit as a PDF?
Press Print or save as PDF, then choose Save as PDF in your browser's print window. Chrome's Help describes that choice (read 30 October 2026). Only the kit prints, not the rest of the page, so check the preview before you save.
