ManyChat alternatives for agencies, priced by roster
ManyChat bills every client account on its own. These are the ManyChat alternatives for agencies that put many Instagram accounts on one plan, with what each costs at 5, 15 and 30 accounts, read from each vendor's own pricing page.
The ManyChat alternatives agencies compare are the tools that hold many client accounts on one plan. ManyChat has no agency plan: each Manychat account connects one Instagram account and is billed on its own, so 15 clients on Essential cost $255 a month. The tools below sell bundles of accounts, client workspaces or agency plans instead, and the right one depends mostly on how many accounts you will run in a year.
One thing before the list: we make inDM, one of the tools on this page. Every figure below was read from the vendor's own pricing page at monthly billing, in US dollars, and our own pitch sits in its own marked box further down.
What do the ManyChat alternatives cost at 5, 15 and 30 accounts?
This is each tool's lowest public monthly price that covers the whole roster, read on 12 October 2026 (ManyChat's from its help centre on 9 October 2026). "Not listed" means the pricing page stops before that number.
| Tool | 5 accounts | 15 accounts | 30 accounts |

Three rows count something other than Instagram accounts, so read them with their unit in mind. Vista Social counts social profiles on any network, so a client with Instagram and Facebook takes two. Metricool counts brands, and its Flows DM automation is included on paid plans at no extra cost for a limited time before it becomes a paid add-on. Reachlee's figures past 10 accounts are separate workspaces of 10, each with its own 5 seats. Hootsuite is not in the table because its pricing page publishes annual-billing prices only: Professional, the first plan that includes DM automations, is $199 per user a month billed annually. Inrō is not in it either, because it prices each account by contacts activated. The DM automation cost calculator runs these figures for any number of accounts.
What should an agency compare besides the price?
The account count is the first number, and three others decide whether the bill stays where you expect it:
- What else the plan counts. ManyChat counts active contacts on each account every month. CreatorFlow, LinkDM, InstantDM and ReplyRush set monthly message allowances, Vista Social caps DM contacts per plan, and Inrō prices by contacts activated. inDM counts no messages and no contacts on any plan.
- Who can log in. Seats are the second cost. ManyChat sets how many people can log in to each account, CreatorFlow's Growth and Reachlee's Business include 5 seats, and Vista Social includes 2 to 4 seats depending on the plan. inDM's paid plans include the whole team with no seat count.
- How a client's account gets in. Some tools need the client to sign up and invite the agency, or to approve the connection through Meta's login while the agency waits. inDM sends the client a connect link on every plan: they log in on Instagram's own screen, need no inDM account, and never see your other clients. Inrō offers managed links to its agency partners, Vista Social includes a client connection link on its Scale plan, and Metricool on its Advanced plan.
If you are moving clients off ManyChat, does ManyChat have an agency plan? works through the ManyChat side in full, and what DM automation costs an agency sets out every tool's pricing shape.
The list

Reachlee's Business plan holds 10 Instagram client accounts and 5 team seats for $29 a month, with no DM or contact cap listed, and Pro holds 3 accounts for $9 (read 12 October 2026).
Consider it if: Your roster stays at 10 or fewer; past that its page suggests a second workspace at $29 a month, which keeps each group of 10 clients apart.
InstantDM
Legend Pro $12/mo month-to-month ($9.99/mo billed yearly) · flat plan
BEST FOR Agencies running up to 10 accounts that want a message allowance large enough to forget
InstantDM's Multi Pro puts 10 Instagram accounts on one plan at $99 a month, with 300,000 automated messages per account each month, and Multi Starter covers 3 accounts for $15 (read 12 October 2026).
Consider it if: Your roster will stay at 10 or fewer, because the pricing page lists no plan above Multi Pro.

BEST FOR Agencies with up to 10 accounts that send at high volume
LinkDM's Platinum+ holds 10 Instagram accounts for $99 a month with 300,000 DMs a month, and Pro holds 3 for $19 (read 12 October 2026). A custom Enterprise plan sits above that.
Consider it if: You are under 10 accounts, or ready to negotiate an Enterprise price past that.
CreatorFlow
Pro $15/mo (5,000 DMs); Growth $30/mo (10,000 DMs) · flat plan
BEST FOR Small teams with up to 5 accounts who want a large template library

Consider it if: You run 5 accounts or fewer, or are happy to ask for a quote on its Agency plan.

Consider it if: You already schedule posts for clients and your DM volumes sit inside the plan's contact cap.
Metricool
Starter $25/mo (5 brands); Advanced $67/mo (15 brands) · flat plan
BEST FOR Agencies that want analytics and scheduling with DM automation added
Metricool prices by brands: $25 a month for 5 on Starter, $67 for 15 and $210 for 50 on Advanced. Its Flows DM automation is included on paid plans at no extra cost for a limited time, and its client connect link comes with Advanced (read 12 October 2026).
Consider it if: You are comfortable that Flows becomes a paid add-on later, at a price not yet published.
Inflowave
$27 a month, rising to $497 · flat plan
BEST FOR Agencies that want a full CRM, every channel, and their own brand on the app
Inflowave counts client workspaces across every channel: 10 on Pro for $297 a month and 50 on Max for $497, and Max carries white label and unlimited contacts (read 12 October 2026).
Consider it if: You need pipelines, deal stages and a rebranded app, not only Instagram comment-to-DM.
Inro.social
Pro from €12.99/mo, auto-scaling by monthly activated contacts · priced per contact
BEST FOR Agencies that want a partner plan with reseller terms
Inrō prices each account by contacts activated, from €12.99 a month. Agency partners get a partner plan covering as many client accounts as they want on one invoice, managed links for clients to connect, and a choice of 20% lifetime commission or a reseller discount (read 12 October 2026; the partner plan's fee is not published).
Consider it if: Your clients' contact volumes are predictable, since the price follows them.
Where inDM fits. inDM is for agencies whose job on Instagram is comment-to-DM: every client's comments answered with the right link, in the client's brand. Every client's account sits in one workspace, clients connect their own accounts from a link you send on any plan, and the price follows how many accounts you run and nothing else: Growth holds up to 5 at $4.99 the first month and then $14.99 a month, Agency Lite up to 15 for $39 a month, and Agency Pro 30 for $99 a month, then $3 a month for each one after, with a dedicated account manager. No plan counts messages or contacts, and the whole team joins at no extra cost. Instagram DM automation for agencies has the rest.
Who should not pick us today: an agency that needs one dashboard across every client, permissions per client inside the team, a rebranded app or client logins, scheduling and publishing in the same tool, or WhatsApp, Messenger and SMS. inDM shows one account at a time, everyone in the workspace sees every connected account, and the app is inDM. If one of those decides it, a tool above is the better fit, and that is worth knowing before you move a single client.
How we made this list
Every price on this page was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 12 October 2026, at monthly billing, in US dollars, except ManyChat's, which come from the plan articles in its help centre read on 9 October 2026 (its pricing page showed a bot check). Several of these pages load with yearly billing selected, and we switched each one to monthly before reading. Prices in this category change every few months, so check each vendor's page before you commit. And plainly: we build inDM, a competitor to everything on this list, so read this as an informed, interested party's map rather than a neutral referee's.
Questions, answered plainly
Does ManyChat have an agency plan?
No. Each Manychat account connects one Instagram account and is billed on its own, so an agency pays ManyChat's price once per client account. Read on 9 October 2026 at monthly billing, 15 client accounts on Essential cost $255 a month, and each account carries its own monthly active-contact allowance.
Which ManyChat alternatives put many client accounts on one plan?
Read on 12 October 2026 at monthly billing: Reachlee holds 10 accounts and 5 seats on Business for $29, InstantDM 10 on Multi Pro for $99, LinkDM 10 on Platinum+ for $99, CreatorFlow 5 on Growth for $30, Vista Social 15 social profiles on Professional for $99, Metricool 15 brands on Advanced for $67, Inflowave 10 client workspaces on Pro for $297, and inDM up to 15 on Agency Lite for $39 and 30 on Agency Pro for $99, then $3 a month for each one after.
Can clients connect their Instagram without giving the agency a password?
On any tool built on Instagram's official API, the password is never shared: the account owner approves the tool on Instagram's own login screen. The difference is who does it and on which plan. With inDM the agency sends the client a connect link on any plan, and the client approves on their own phone without creating an inDM account. Inrō offers managed links to its agency partners, Vista Social a client connection link on Scale, and Metricool on Advanced.
Can I move my clients' automations from ManyChat to another tool?
Not automatically. No tool imports another tool's automations or Instagram conversation history. Export each client's contacts from ManyChat as a CSV, connect the client's account to the new tool, and rebuild the automations there. In inDM, a template saved from one client's automation can start the next client's.
Do these tools charge for messages or contacts as well as accounts?
Most count something besides accounts. ManyChat counts active contacts on each account every month. CreatorFlow, LinkDM, InstantDM and ReplyRush set monthly message allowances, Vista Social caps DM contacts per plan, and Inrō prices by contacts activated. inDM counts no messages and no contacts on any plan, including Agency Lite and Agency Pro.
