Not on one plan. ManyChat manages multiple Instagram accounts as separate Manychat accounts, one Instagram account each, and every Manychat account has its own plan and billing. ManyChat's help centre, read on 5 November 2026, says a second Instagram account needs a separate Manychat account. One login switches between them, so the work sits in one place while the bills do not: five Instagram accounts cost $85 a month on ManyChat's Essential plan and $195 on Pro.
This page covers how ManyChat handles more than one Instagram account, what that costs from 2 to 30 accounts, and what changes with one subscription for all of them. If the accounts are clients' and you run them as an agency, does ManyChat have an agency plan also covers ManyChat's partner program.
How many Instagram accounts can one Manychat account connect?
One Manychat account connects one Instagram account. ManyChat's help centre says each Manychat account can have one connected account of each channel type, so one Instagram account, and that a second Instagram account needs a second Manychat account with its own settings and billing.
What spans the accounts is the login. A Manychat profile, the thing you sign in with, can hold many Manychat accounts and switch between them, and other people can be invited into an account. So a team signs in once and moves between Instagram accounts, while each Manychat account keeps its own:
- Plan and bill. One account can sit on Essential and another on Pro, and each is a separate subscription.
- Active contact allowance. Each plan includes a number of people the account talks to in a month, counted on that account alone.
- Seats. Each plan includes a set number of people per account: 2 on Essential and 3 on Pro, according to ManyChat's help centre on 9 October 2026.
- Automations and contacts. A flow built on one Manychat account runs on that account's Instagram only.
What does ManyChat cost for multiple Instagram accounts?
ManyChat costs one plan per Instagram account, so the bill multiplies by the number of accounts. At monthly billing and before tax, read from ManyChat's pricing page on 5 November 2026, Essential is $17 a month per account and Pro is $39:

Read each ManyChat column as the lowest that roster can cost. Essential includes 250 active contacts a month on each account, then $0.10 for each one above. Pro includes 2,500, then $0.05 each. So an account whose reel takes off raises that account's bill, and a quiet account costs the base price. inDM's plans count no messages and no contacts, so the inDM column stays where it is.
Is there a ManyChat plan for multiple accounts?
No ManyChat plan covers several Instagram accounts. ManyChat's help centre describes its Business plan ($99 a month) and Advanced plan ($199) as built for agencies and teams at high volume, and both are still priced per Manychat account. Running 5 Instagram accounts on Business is $495 a month at monthly billing, read on 9 October 2026.
ManyChat's Partner Program is a referral scheme rather than a plan. It pays commission on accounts you refer and leaves each account's price unchanged.
What does one subscription for every account look like?
inDM puts every Instagram account in one workspace, on one subscription, without a subscription per account. You switch between accounts from the top bar, and each account keeps its own automations, contacts and numbers.
- Growth: up to 5 Instagram accounts, $14.99 a month after 7 days free.
- Agency Lite: up to 15 accounts, $39 a month.
- Agency Pro: 30 accounts, $99 a month, then $3 a month for each account after 30, with a dedicated account manager.
Three things make several accounts lighter to run in one workspace:
- Templates. Save an automation that worked on one account and start it on the next. Only the post and the link change.
- Connect links. For an account someone else owns, you send a link, they approve on Instagram's own screen, and no password changes hands.
- One API key for every account. inDM's Instagram automation API creates comment-to-DM automations from your own code, and one key reaches every account in the workspace.
A subscription per account is not the only other model either. Several Instagram-only tools sell bundles of 3, 5 or 10 accounts on one plan, and at some sizes a bundle costs less than an inDM plan. Reachlee's Business plan, for one, is $29 a month for 10 accounts, and its agency page suggests a further workspace at $29 for each 10 after that, which comes to $87 a month for 30 against Agency Pro's $99 (Reachlee's own pages, read 12 October 2026). Where ManyChat is the better fit
ManyChat earns its price per account when the work spans more than Instagram. Its Pro plan and above add WhatsApp, SMS and email, so a brand that sells through WhatsApp as well finds it in one tool, and inDM is Instagram only.
Billing per account has an upside too. Each account's cost follows that account's audience, and an account that is sold or handed over can take its Manychat account and its bill with it.
The honest boundary
- This page reads ManyChat's own pages. The per-account rule and the plan prices come from ManyChat's help centre and pricing page on 5 November 2026, and the seat counts and Business price from its help centre on 9 October 2026. ManyChat says plan availability can vary by region, so the pricing page you see is the one that applies.
- inDM shows one account on screen at a time. There is no combined dashboard across accounts yet, so totals across accounts are yours to add up.
- Everyone in an inDM workspace sees every connected account. There are no permissions per account.
Running several Instagram accounts on ManyChat means running several Manychat accounts. If every account does the same job on Instagram, one workspace and one subscription is the simpler shape, and Instagram DM automation without a subscription per account sets the two side by side from 5 to 40 accounts.
